The Annual Loft Mtg was held on Saturday January 24th at the New Haven Branch Library at 648 Green St. The attendees were Scott Sanderson, Ken Lozo, Steve Ball, John Earlywine, Chris Hoff, Clark Derbyshire, Danny Piersall, Jack Smith and Irv Thomas. Those absent Marc Santos, David Crail and One deceased member Terry Holston. The Agenda Items Discussed are as follows Loft Annual Meeting

A. Welcome with sign in sheet
B. Membership dues and vote on the amount for dues ($15w/ 5$ landing fee) and present
membership application and AMA / FAA license requirements.
C. Treasurers report
D. Develop the 2026 Contest Dates. Schedule quarterly contest dates
at Circuits field beginning in May again in August and lastly the
annual proposed Fun Fly with the Circuits at Circuits field? These
are proposed dates and can be adjusted.
E. Annual joint fun fly with Circuits is tentatively scheduled for either
October 3rd or 10th need suggestions!
F. Round table discussion on ways to improve loft of Fort Wayne.
G. Should we pursue an Aero-Tow demonstration to showcase
another area of R/C Soaring to spark more interest in gliders.
H. Is anyone interested in traveling to Muncie for the 2025 Soaring
Nats either as a contestant or spectator in July/Aug? or Winamac
I. If so please tell others sometimes the more the merrier! These are
good place’s to develop relations with other soaring pilots.
J. Project showcase and display (bring your projects)

refreshments.
